Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with a cross-functional team to develop both the front-end and back-end of web applications. You’ll be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to development and deployment. The ideal candidate has experience working with a variety of technologies, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to work in an innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end functionality for web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Strong experience in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of web security principles and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with serverless architecture
