Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with our team to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has experience in multi-channel campaigns, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid media
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate leads and drive traffic
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings
- Write engaging content for blogs, social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Track and analyze performance data from digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and growth strategies
- Monitor and stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools for performance analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of content management and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
